Feargal Mooney - Chief Executive Officer
Feargal was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in February 2008, having served as Chief Operations Officer since joining WRI in 2002. He brings with him a wealth of strategic, operational and financial expertise.
Prior to joining WRI Feargal was responsible for financial planning and analysis at Baltimore Technologies, and previously held the position of Financial Analyst at Pfizer Inc. in New York.
Feargal holds an MSc in Investment and Treasury from Dublin City University and a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Galway. He is also an Associate of the Society of Investment Analysts in Ireland and a member of the CFA Institute.

Mari Hurley - Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary
Mari Hurley joined the Group in May 2007 and is the Chief Financial Officer. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland having trained and qualified in Arthur Andersen in Dublin.
Prior to joining the Group, she was Finance Director of Sherry FitzGerald Group, Ireland’s largest real estate advisory company and previously worked at Bear Stearns Bank plc.
She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Cork and Masters of Accounting from University College Dublin. She completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2006. She was appointed to the Board in July 2007. |

Stephen Duckett - Non-Executive Director
Stephen is a Partner with Hellman & Friedman based in the Firm's London office. Hellman & Friedman is one of the leading investors in scale software and internet businesses globally and is currently investing from their sixth fund of $8.4 billion. Stephen is involved principally in the Firm's European activities and his primary areas of focus are the business services, internet/digital media and software/data services industries. Prior to joining the Firm in 2006, Stephen was a Managing Director of ICG, a publicly quoted US venture capital investment firm and prior to that he spent many years with Apax Partners, again focused on software, internet and technology investments.
Stephen is an alumni of Oxford University, from which he has a first class MA in Engineering, Economics and Management and of Harvard Business School, where he was awarded an MBA with Distinction and was a Fulbright Scholar. |

Zita Saurel - Non-Executive Director
Zita is a Principal with Hellman & Friedman based in the Firm's London office. Hellman & Friedman is one of the leading investors in scale software and internet businesses globally and is currently investing from their sixth fund of $8.4 billion. They have offices in San Francisco, New York and London. Prior to joining the Firm in 2005, Zita worked at Investcorp in London, and the Leveraged Finance department of Lehman Brothers, also in London.
Zita graduated from Georgetown University where she was a Krogh Scholar and elected to Phi Beta Kappa. |
